Python AI Logic Expert (AI Community)

At TELUS Digital, we believe Python is the language of the AI revolution. As a Python AI Logic Expert in our Global Community, you are the architect of algorithmic reasoning. Your mission is to train Large Language Models (LLMs) to master Python—not just for syntax, but for complex data science, automation, and machine learning workflows. You will join an elite group of engineers dedicated to ensuring that AI can write, debug, and optimize Python code that is secure, efficient, and enterprise-ready. At TELUS, you are teaching the models that will build the next generation of software.

What You’ll Do :

• Algorithmic Instruction Tuning: Create and refine complex Python challenges to teach LLMs how to walk through "Chain-of-Thought" (CoT) reasoning for data structures and algorithms.
• Logic & Security Auditing: Perform rigorous code reviews on AI-generated Python scripts, ensuring they follow PEP 8 standards and are free from security vulnerabilities or logical fallacies.
• Data Engineering for SFT: Develop and optimize Python scripts to clean, structure, and augment massive datasets used for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT).
• Scientific & ML Library Validation: Evaluate how models utilize advanced Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, ensuring high-fidelity mathematical and data outputs.
• Bug Diagnostic & Resolution: Design "Broken Code" scenarios to test the model’s ability to identify runtime errors, logical bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Python codebases.
