This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from all professional backgrounds. No technical or AI experience required.

What You'll Do

• Complete structured labeling, classification, and rating tasks that train AI systems to perform better
• Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to deliver consistent, high-quality assessments
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, and low-quality outputs using provided evaluation tools
• Work independently and asynchronously across a variety of task types and topics

Who You Are

• Sharp attention to detail — you notice things others miss
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
• Reliable and consistent in following instructions precisely
• No prior AI, tech, or specialist experience required
